As I was still fast asleep this morning, I rolled over to check my phone to the vibration of a text message. God is Good all the time. He puts people in my life who supply my every need from him above. He always speaks and provides when my heart is anxious. Thank you Lord for always taking care of me and lifting me up. This was purely him this morning when he knew these words. I don’t typically share conversations, but this is a prayer full of beauty that God knew I needed. Beyond thankful for this dear friend. I don’t know how people say they don’t believe.. These types of things aren’t just “luck”.
Lord I pray for your protection today on Chelsea’s mind. Shield her from the lies of the enemy. Help her to clearly discern between your voice and any other and show her how to take every thought captive as you instructed us to do. May she thirst for your word and hunger for your truth so that she can recognize wrong thinking. Give her strength to resist wine thoughts. Remind her that she has the mind of Christ. Where the enemies lies have already invaded her thoughts I push them back by inviting the power of the Holy Spirit to cleanse her mind. Lord you have given us authority over all the power of the enemy (Luke 10:19) But that authority given to me in Jesus Christ I command all lying spirits away from Chelsea’s mind. I proclaim that God is giving Chelsea a sound mind. She will not entertain confusion but live in clarity. She will not be tormented by impure, evil, negative, or sinful thoughts, but be transformed by the renewing of her mind that he may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God (Romans 12:2). Enable her to be strong in the Lord and in the power of his might (Ephesians 6:10). Help her to be anxious for nothing but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let her request be known to you and that your peace which surpasses all understanding guard her heart and mind through Jesus Christ ( Philippians 4:6-7). And finally whatever things are true, noble, just, pure, lovely, of good report, having a virtue, or anything praiseworthy, let her think on these things. (Philippians 4:8)
In Jesus name I pray.
